What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including PayPal and credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an order or tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the progress of your order HERE.

How much does shipping cost?

All orders delivered within the continental US ship at no cost to you! If your order is being shipped in the continental United States, you can select STANDARD SHIPPING for free. You also have the option to ship it faster at an additional cost.

Usually shipping costs vary depending on the size, quantity and weight of your order, as well as your location.

You can view the shipping cost for your order by adding the items to your cart and entering your shipping address.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We are dedicated to quick deliveries and orders are usually immediately sent for processing and our policy is to dispatch within 48 hours after an order is received. The typical delivery time frame is between 07 to 21 business days; however, you may receive your items earlier.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

If the order has been shipped out, it cannot be canceled or changed. But if the order has been paid but not shipped out, we can cancel the order. For canceled orders paid by PayPal and Stripe, we have an 11% Transaction Fee. 

Can I change the shipping address after the order has been placed?

In most cases, it is not possible to change the shipping address after an order has been placed. This is because usually the order is immediately sent for processing.
